Services

The work, named plainly.

Four trades. Each one is scoped before steel is cut or an engine is opened, then handed back with photos and notes.

01

Marine engineering

We turn a symptom into a scope. Alarms, temperatures, pressures, and a walk through the machinery space come back as work that can actually be planned.

  • Fault finding on cooling, fuel, lube, and starting-air systems
  • Condition checks before a voyage or a docking
  • Repair scopes written for the chief and the superintendent
  • Spares lists raised before the vessel sails
  • Attendance alongside, or from the readings and photos you already have

02

Ship engine repairs

Main engines and generators. We open what the readings justify, replace what is finished, and leave the chief with a clear note of what was found.

  • Top-end and bottom-end overhauls on main and auxiliary diesels
  • Bearings, fuel pumps, injectors, and governors
  • Coolers, pumps, and thermostatic valves
  • Starting and control-air leaks
  • Crankcase inspection and alignment support

Welding & fabrication

Shipping parts made to the ship in front of us. Brackets, pipe, inserts, and seats — welded, fitted, and checked against the place they have to live.

  • Foundation pads, engine seats, and doubler plates
  • Pipe spools, flanges, and hangers
  • Brackets, chocks, guards, and lifting lugs
  • Ladders, rails, and grating frames
  • Hull and deck inserts, and wear plates

Maintenance

The work that keeps a repair from becoming a repeat call. Routines by running hours, breakdown attendance, and the checks before she lets go.

  • Planned maintenance against running hours
  • Breakdown callouts alongside
  • Valve grinding and pump overhauls
  • Preservation and coating preparation around repairs
  • Pre-sailing checks and defect lists

Not sure which trade it is?

Describe the symptom. We will tell you whether it is an engine job, a fabrication job, or both.
